Electrical work
in Peace River.
Homes, farms, businesses and shops, in town and out through the farmland around it.
No occupancy without
the electrical report.
Building or renovating in Peace River? The Town is accredited to administer building permits and contracts the permit and inspection work out, so the application and the drawings go to the Town office and the Town passes them on from there.
The part that catches people is the end of the job, not the start. A new building cannot be occupied until it has passed building, plumbing, gas and electrical inspection, and a Permit Services Report has been issued for each one. The Town holds the building report itself. The electrical one has to be submitted by you.
So the electrical paperwork is not an afterthought at the end of a build, it is the thing standing between you and moving in. Ask us about it before the work starts rather than after. The Town office is 780-624-2574.
Call any time. If we don’t pick up, leave a message and we’ll call you back.
