    Electrical work
    in Valleyview.

Homes, farms, shops and businesses, in town and out through the farms and acreages around it.

    The electrical permit
    is issued in town.

Building or renovating in Valleyview? The Safety Codes Act means the permits come before the work: building, electrical, gas, plumbing and, where it applies, private sewage. The Town is an accredited municipality, so the applications are made, paid for and tracked at the Town Administration office.

The two kinds of permit take different routes. Building permit applications go from the Town office to the safety codes agency for approval. The electrical, gas and plumbing permits are approved and issued right at the Town office.

Either way, the inspections are on the owner or the contractor to request, from a safety codes officer, at the required stages of the job. Ask us about the electrical permit and the inspection stages when you call, before the job starts.

Call any time. If we don’t pick up, leave a message and we’ll call you back.
